Each month you receive the frozen-test results, log checks and breaches for three services: reminder-rule checks, approval-gate drills and all-hours alert intake and paging. You hold every stop switch; we operate paging under your approved page list, with a measured 10-minute target from intake arrival to your device, not a guarantee. We send reports and agreed health-check notices to your named people, but never reminders to your customers or containment actions.

What is not included
- Starting, stopping, approving or running your reminder sender or containment runner: your named people do that
- Write credentials to your ledger, mailbox, tenant or alert tools; the send-only paging key is the stated exception
- Investigating, containing or fixing anything we find
- Round-the-clock people: the paging is automated and nobody on our side is on call
- Setting up an automation that does not yet have a tested set-up: those are separate listed jobs
- A promised fix time, a promised detection rate or any certification

Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- Each month the three reports and the summary are delivered for the named scope, each with the frozen test result and the log lines for every breach.
- Each month every message, action and page in the logs is matched to a rule, an approval or a page-list entry, or listed as a breach.
- Each month the frozen tests are re-run and every case that passed last month still passes, or the failure is reported first with its cause.
- We sent no customer reminders, approved or ran no containment action, and changed none of your ledger, mailbox, tenant or alert tools. Our permitted outward activity is paging, agreed health-check notices and reports to your named people.
Your named people read each report, accept or send back each finding and read the monthly summary.
When we would stop or decline
- You want any automation to act without the approval or limits written down
- Nobody reads the monthly reports for two months running
- You need people on our side to be on call or to investigate and fix

Is this a managed service that runs my automations?
You run and stop the reminder sender and containment runner; we re-test their limits monthly and report breaches. We operate alert intake and paging under your approved page list and send reports and agreed health-check notices to your named people. You hold every stop switch.
Can I buy the parts separately?
Yes. Every service and job listed is available on its own. The proposed lane price is the sum of the three included monthly services, so it adds one arrangement with a test day confirmed in writing, not a discount.
Do you hold admin rights?
We hold no ledger, mailbox, tenant or alert-tool write credential. Our live outward routes are your revocable send-only paging key and an independently approved health-check email route.
What if I want more than the three?
Add any listed monthly service at its listed price, or we agree a different scope.
Price and terms
Quote after scope check. Payment, billing, cancellation and renewal are agreed in the written proposal before the engagement starts. No charge, reservation or automatic subscription begins from an enquiry.
