Who this is for
Owner or marketer of a site with service pages and a blog who wants early warning of decay.
A one-off list was useful and the decay has continued since.
The result
Every month you receive pages whose clicks or impressions fell, competing pairs and one proposed action each, recomputed from your Search Console export. We publish nothing.
What is included
- One site and one Search Console export each month
- A comparison with the same period last month, and last year when your export reaches back that far
- The list of decaying pages with their queries, and competing pairs
- One proposed action per page, citing the query data
- A status check on every listed URL
You receive
- The monthly list with evidence
- The competing pairs
- The action per page
- The reconciliation of pages analysed to export rows
What is not included
- Writing or publishing any page
- A ranking or traffic promise
- Bulk pages made for search
- Backlink work
- Data other than the Search Console export
What we need from you first
- Changes to the site last month
- Pages you care about most
- Who reads the list
Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- Your named person recomputes the change for 20 listed pages they choose and finds 0 mismatches, which shows a mismatch rate under about 14% with 95% confidence.
- Every listed URL has its status code and indexability checked and shown, any URL that does not return 200 or is not indexable is flagged at the top of the list, and each action cites query data.
- Pages analysed equal export rows after the stated exclusions.
You read each monthly list and tell us whether the rules, thresholds and test set still suit you. A period counts as delivered when you have received the record.
When we would stop or decline
- You want bulk pages written and published by us
- You want a ranking promise
- No one acts on the lists for three months
