You receive a list of pages whose clicks or impressions fell, with query-level evidence, pairs of pages competing for the same query, and one proposed action each (refresh, merge, redirect or leave). We publish nothing.

What we need from you first
- The site address and the pages that matter most
- When traffic started to fall, if known
- Who decides about content changes
Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- Your named person recomputes the change for 20 listed pages they choose from the export and finds 0 mismatches, which shows a mismatch rate under about 14% with 95% confidence.
- Every competing pair shows two or more pages ranking for the same query in the export.
- Every listed URL has its status code and indexability checked and shown, any URL that does not return 200 or is not indexable is flagged at the top of the list, and each action cites query data.
- The number of pages analysed equals the number of rows in the export, after the stated exclusions.
You re-run the test yourself, check the list of severe errors and sign off in writing. Payment follows sign-off.
