Each month you receive up to five tracked-changes contracts using your current clause bank, a word-for-word check of every insertion, and the frozen regression-test results. When the bank or positions change, you hold back 20 new labelled cases until acceptance; all must pass with no severe error.

What we need from you first
- How many contracts you expect each month and which kinds
- Who receives the copies. No real contracts in the first enquiry
Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- Every word inserted in every copy appears in the current clause bank, word for word. One invented word fails the month.
- In every copy, rejecting all changes returns the original text exactly.
- Each month the frozen test pack is re-run and every previously passing case still meets its agreed check. A regression fails this check even if reported, and the report lists it first with its cause.
- Nothing was written to any live system by us, and originals are unchanged (checksums match).
- Before any changed workflow is accepted, you supply 20 new labelled cases, held back from us until the test run, including severe-error cases from the matching one-off test. All 20 must meet their labels and no severe error may occur; we return the case file, results and rerun steps. This is a smoke test on those cases, not a future-rate claim.
You read the report and test results and accept or send them back in writing. A month counts as delivered only when its agreed acceptance checks pass; receiving a report alone is not acceptance.
When we would stop or decline
- You ask us to write wording that is not in your bank
- Nobody on your side reads the monthly copies for two months running
- Positions change without a new clause bank

Do you write wording for gaps in my bank?
No. The copy carries a note and your lawyer drafts what is missing.
What if I send more than five contracts?
The extra ones are quoted separately or wait for next month.

£149/month · untested offer price. Billing is monthly under the written terms we agree with you. Nothing is charged until you have agreed them.
