What we need from you first
- Which one-off version fits you, and the volume you expect each month
- Who receives the monthly result. No files or logins in the first enquiry
Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- Each month 100% of the cited pages are re-fetched and every quote is found on its page
- Each changed cell shows the old quote, the new quote and the dates
- Each month, every cell whose source page has not changed keeps exactly the same quote and date as last month; any difference appears on the changes list
You read each month's result and tell us whether the tools and plans still suit you. A month counts as delivered when you have received the updated table and the changes list.
When we would stop or decline
- A tool you named no longer publishes its terms
- Nobody on your side reads the monthly result for two months running
- You want the system to post, send, file or pay by itself, without a person at your business approving each action
