Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- Every cell of the matrix shows suppression in the other tools within the agreed time.
- A re-import of the original list does not re-subscribe the test contact.
- Any failing tool is named in the record with the evidence.
You read each monthly matrix record and tell us whether the rules, thresholds and test set still suit you. A period counts as delivered when you have received the record.
When we would stop or decline
- A tool no longer allows a suppression route and you will not run a manual export
