Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- Only due, eligible quotes are in each weekly list.
- In a sample of 10 drafts a week, every amount, date and item equals the quote record.
- The send log is empty and no quote exceeds its reminder cap.
You read each weekly list and drafts and tell us whether the rules, thresholds and test set still suit you. A period counts as delivered when you have received the record.
